Designer's message This aluminum wall clock uses sand casting technology developed as a local industry in Takaoka City in Toyama Prefecture. The design is easy to read and has a sense of presence. By employing large and smooth surfaces, thin and deep modeling that runs from the perimeter to the indicator, we realized that the limits of technology and design representation are thinner. In addition, the sandblasted face is not inferior to the surface with strong material (such as concrete release) Furthermore, we strive to bring out the charm of the material as a product of sand-cast aluminum, such as polishing the edges of the edges and contrasting with the cast skin.
