The CS-RPR arrives unprogrammed, with the rotor aligned with the stator's front index. Initial setup involves inserting a brass programming key and turning the lock 45° clockwise (Fig.1). Once programmed, use a nickel silver key for locking/unlocking (Fig.2). To reprogram, use the initial brass key, turn the lock 45° counterclockwise to neutral (Fig.3), then insert a new programming key (from a new kit) and turn it 45° clockwise (Fig.1). The lock's combination changes, and the new kit's nickel silver keys are used for locking/unlocking (Fig.2).
- Lock mechanism: Opposing blades and double profile key with internal track (keys kit available separately)
- Stator and rotor: Chrome-plated zinc alloy with hardened steel plate and stainless steel front plate
- Nut: Brass M19x1
- Washers: Zinc-plated steel toothed washers for zinc-plated steel stator, for steel screw
- Lever: Zinc-plated steel, 2.5 mm thick
- Nut: Brass
- Screw: Zinc-plated steel
- Rotation: 180°, key removable in two positions
- Keys kit: Brass programming key and nickel silver keys for normal use
