Based on the inner tag and the "513" stamp on the back of the top button, this item was made in the USA in March 2002.

This item is from the final period of the early 2000s American-made 505s. As the country of manufacture shifted around this time, the USA-made 505s are becoming increasingly rare and highly valued.

The 505 features a zipper fly and a regular straight silhouette, offering a slimmer fit around the waist compared to the 501.
