This is a LEVI'S RED 1st Narrow denim from the 1st collection of 1999AW.

This is a very rare model from the 1999 Levi's Red 1st Narrow collection, one of the earliest Red collections, with a small production run.
The material is a hemp blend, and the selvedge is green. It seems that only hemp was used for this 1st Narrow at the time. Since there was no hemp version of the 1st Slim and the details are similar to that model, it can be inferred that this is the hemp version of the Slim.
The silhouette is a straight cut with three-dimensional sewing. Compared to the 1st Slim, the rise is shallower, and the silhouette has a straight fit towards the hem. The back pocket has no flap and there is only one, it has a zip fly, and the coin pocket has no rivets.
