Dated 2007 and missing the stopper top.
Made by Heritage Metalworks Fine Pewter.
I do have a silver/pewter candle topper that fits perfect , if you decide you want to make into a candle holder or if you are crafty it would be an excellent lamp base as well.
You could also replace the top with a other topper from another decanter.
It stands a little over 8”tall
