This Lunera HID 360 LED lamp is a LED replacement for a metal halide or high pressure sodium lamp. It replaces HID lamps with a medium E26 screw base up to 250W. This LED lamp is intended for Type b, ballast bypassed installations. It is designed to operate directly off of 120/277V line voltage in open or enclosed fixtures that have had the HID ballast bypassed or removed by an electrical contractor. The lamp delivers up to 64 percent in energy savings, higher fixture lumens over the life of the lamp and superior light quality. Its 360 degree cylindrical precision optical lens eliminates glare and harsh shadows at Night and covers the LED electronics, often seen on other LED “corn cobs”, during the day. It also integrates surge protection up to 7KV, eliminating the need for external devices. Popular applications include Architectural lamp posts, entry Coach lights, and Architectural Pendants.
