I believe it's very rare, as it's made in the USA. The inner lining is labeled Thermolite, suggesting it's likely from the 1990s or later.
I purchased it from a vintage clothing store in Koenji.
The fit is perfect for someone who is 167cm tall and weighs 51kg.
As it's an old item, there are some scratches, stains, and a repair on the hood, but the leather condition is fine, and it's still in wearable condition.
