The color alternates between navy and black, but overall it appears navy.

It's cute to wear with the sleeves and hem rolled up.
The fabric is thick and slightly heavier knit.
I think it will be useful in the upcoming season.
I am listing it because the size does not fit me.
It has been worn about 5 or 6 times.
It has been stored for many years, so there is some sun fading and minor fraying due to age.
