This item is from the Yen Jeans Orange Label line, produced in Italy and sold in Europe from 2000 to 2007.
Regarding the condition, as it is a knit product from nearly 20 years ago, there is some wear and tear, and there is discoloration like a bleach stain near the left armpit (Image 13).
In addition, there is some fuzzing and slight pilling on the knit parts, and some fading/color loss on the sweatshirt parts.
However, there are no noticeable stains or defects in the zipper, so I think it can still be worn if you understand vintage clothing.
There is fraying on the denim part of the patch (Images 14 and 15), but it is unclear whether this is damage or part of the original design.
I think this is a highly designed jacket that will be an accent piece.
