I used this MINOLTA α807i for about 5 years and stored it in a closet in a camera case and camera bag. It has a certain amount of wear and tear, and there's some dust inside the lens, but there are almost no scratches.
The circular aperture also works beautifully.
It may not be suitable for those seeking a pristine item, but I think it's a perfect lens for taking portrait photos as a hobby.
