CONDITION:These trousers are in immaculate, mint pre-owned condition. I cannot find a single flaw, stain, hole, or sign of wear. The flannel is exceptionally soft and rich. They look and feel practically new and come from my smoke-free and pet-free home.

There is approximately 2.5 inches of extra fabric within the hem, allowing them to be professionally lengthened if desired.
