We've made over 200,000 pounds of pure maple sugar candy and every batch was only 10 pounds and hand stirred. These extremely small batches give us more control over process and quality. Our confectioners are alchemists, transforming select maple syrup from our sugar bush into the award-winning maple candy that has made us so famous.
