This is a genuine, first-edition "Romanticism" by Mrs. GREEN APPLE, with a DVD, in a limited edition.

I purchased two copies, so I am selling one. (It is currently out of print.)
Both the CD and DVD play without any issues. (I opened it to confirm.)
As you can see in the photos, there is a small scratch on the corner of the jacket, although it's not very noticeable.

The bonus DVD shows the five members at the time, and they are very cute.

Due to the high number of counterfeit items for Phase 1 of Mrs. GREEN APPLE, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

P.S. This might be unnecessary, but there are websites that show how to spot fakes, so please take a look (especially at "Hi wa Noboru" and the introduction) and be careful.
