This is a Monet vintage white enamel chain and Art Nouveau style pendant. The white enamel medallion has intricate, flowing lines and organic-inspired shapes, which are characteristic of the Art Nouveau movement.
I couldn't find a time frame on this necklace. While researching, I found that it was sold with a gold tone Monet metal hanging tag. It must have fallen off because this necklace doesn't have it.
The pendant is approximately
2 1/4 inches wide at its widest point and approximately 2 inches long at its longest point. The chain is approximately 18 inches long.
It's in excellent vintage condition.
