Lamrof was launched in 2021 by Daisuke Sakamoto, a designer from Sendai.
The brand name Lamrof uses the reversed spelling that was popular among African-American jazz musicians in the 1940s, reversing "Formal" to signify "wearing formal wear in an ideologically opposite way," paying homage to the history and culture of African Americans who have had a great influence on the world from the past to the present.
A new shirt based on the classic skipper pullover, featuring original embroidery.
Made with a medium-weight cotton fabric mixed with Tencel, it has an elegant finish with a crisp feel.
This item was inspired by the stage costumes of a certain musician.
