I was keeping this for my personal collection, but I am selling this new, unused item to organize my home. Everything in the first photo is included. The second photo shows the back of the box, and the third and subsequent photos are close-ups.

This is a premium item limited to the Sylvanian Families Exhibition, and it's a rare find.
