Purchased at the Comme des Garcons LACHIC Nagoya store. I bought these because I thought they were cute when I saw the models wearing them on the 17-18 Autumn/Winter runway.
This is a very rare model and size, so please consider it if you're looking for one. They've only been tried on, so there's no wear on the soles, and the condition is almost new. You can see this in the images.
