The Oakton WD-35802-22 is an Iodide (I-), epoxy-body, solid-state sensor, ion-selective electrode (ISE), with a single-junction for general-purpose applications. It is commonly used for milk, feeds, plants, and pharmaceuticals. It has an epoxy body for impact resistance and durability, is spring-loaded to produce high flow of electrolyte, and can be used with viscous fluids. The electrode houses a BNC-connected combination reference cell and measuring cell, for ease of use and to provide a tight coaxial cable connection.This electrode is refillable, has a temperature range of 0 to 80 degrees C (32 to 176 degrees F), and a pH range of 0 to 14. Its measuring range is 5E-8 M and 127,000 to 6E-3 ppm. Interfering ions include S-2, CN-, NH3, S2O3-2, Cl-, and Br-. The electrode has a typical response time of 20 to 30 seconds, varying with solution concentration. It is used with the Ion 510, pH 2500 Ion Benchtop, or Ion Acorn meters. It can also be used with any ion meter, or with any meter with a 0.1 mV resolution. The electrode comes with a 3-foot cable, replacement membrane, 15-mL of electrolyte, and a filling pipette.
