Crafted from stainless steel, this refrigerator features a 30mm deep, statically cooled chamber with a copper refrigeration coil. It includes a ventilated cold reserve with a 2/1 GN port. The GN compartment boasts removable stainless steel shelves on five levels. Both the chamber and display are regulated by a touchscreen thermostat with a delayed start timer. The display is cooled by a ventilated evaporator, ensuring an average internal temperature of 8C for 1.5 hours after the curtain is opened. It offers three gastronorm levels, LED lighting, a vertical plasticized textile curtain with an automatic roller on the client side, two suspended service doors, and double-glazed side walls. It comes with a 19mm hydrofuge melamine front and a 800mm high plate rack, adjustable stainless steel feet, and no power cord. The cooling system uses R455a.
