This album was released in 1980 by John Thomas & Lifeforce, a project by John Thomas, a Black jazz guitarist born in Chicago, USA, who released his works from Germany.

This album includes "Maryke" (featured on Kevin Beedle's BBE compilation "Private Collection Volume 3"), a Brazilian fusion track comparable to his signature song "Like A Samba," which features scat vocals by Monika Linges, a vocalist who was active on the same label. It also includes "Devil Dance," a Brazilian/Latin fusion track that opens the album, "Seven Kinds Of Jewels," a bossa fusion track, and "Vector," a killer jazz track, among a total of seven tracks.
