Ensure the lock's firmware and app are up-to-date. If an update is available, please upgrade promptly.
- Philips DDL230X can only be used if the knob, deadbolt, lever, and dead latch are separate components. Not suitable for low-profile deadbolts. Please make sure your existing door lock type meets these requirements before purchasing.
