This stainless steel accessory is ideal for roasting various meats, fish, sausages, and liver skewers. Avoid using it for galliform birds like chickens. For optimal use, evenly distribute meat along the skewer's length and balance weight between skewers. The central shaft is 70 or 80 cm long, with skewers at 50 or 60 cm. The shaft's diameter is 8 mm, ending with a 5x5 mm squared milling and a 7x7x7 mm triangular milling. Skewers are placed 4 to 11 cm from the shaft. The planetary spit's unique square-triangle device enables independent skewer rotation, ensuring even cooking over embers or with flame heat.
