This appears to be a Ralph Lauren hoodie, handmade with paint.
I couldn't find anything similar when I searched, so I believe it's an original piece. However, because it's Ralph Lauren, it has a design that makes you think it's an original. It's a stylish hoodie.
There are some holes and fraying near the right arm, but it seems like a design Ralph Lauren might do.
There's something like an oil stain near the left sleeve (see photo 12).
