Introducing the Universal Pro Router Circle Cutting Jig and Solid Carbide Router Bit by POWERTEC. The Universal Pro Router Circle Cutting Jig is designed for precision and ease in cutting perfect circles for various woodworking projects. With an adjustable cutting range from 10” (254 mm) to 53” (1346 mm) in diameter, this jig caters to a broad range of creative needs. It features two center pins—one for applications requiring a visible center hole and another for those where no center hole is desired. A recessed groove allows you to slide the center pivot pin along the length of the jig to accurately set the circle diameter. Made from lightweight yet durable acrylic, this jig includes pre-drilled hole patterns compatible with many popular routers, including Bosch 1617 Series (fixed and plunge base), 1618 Series, MR23 Series, Porter-Cable 690, 7529, 8529, Makita RF1101, Milwaukee 5615, 5616, 5619, and Hitachi M8V, M-12VC, TR12. The jig can also be customized with additional drilling if necessary. The package includes an easy-to-read manual, router compass circle jig, insert pins, a 5/16”-18 T-bolt pivot pin, a 5/16”-18 thread 4-star knob and washer, (2) M6 x 1/2” screws, (3) #10-24 x 1/2” screws, (3) #8-32 x 3/8” screws, and (4) #10-32 x 3/4” screws. Complementing the circle cutting jig is the Solid Carbide Router Bit, crafted for superior performance and durability. This bit features a slow, spiral up-cut design that ensures sharp cutting edges and smooth finishes, ideal for high RPM applications. Its solid carbide construction provides exceptional hardness and a prolonged working life. The up-cut spiral design efficiently removes chips from the cut, making it perfect for dadoes and rabbets, and offers optimal control for both hand and table routing. Suitable for hard plastics, wood composites, natural woods, and solid surfaces, the bit’s specifications include a 1/4" shank, 1/4" cutting diameter, 1" cutting length, and a 2-1/2" overall length.
