This non-handed, medium-duty hydraulic door closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body with an adjustable steel arm and it comes in an aluminum-colored painted finish. The closer features dual valves which control the closing and latching speeds of doors weighing from 80-140 lbs., it is U.L. listed, and it uses rack and pinion operation. This door closer can be mounted on most wood, metal and glass doors upon the door itself, or the frame header of both inswing or outswing doors without the need for any special adaptors. This hydraulic door closer is used to close opened doors to assist with indoor climate control and security measures.
