This is a set of a genuine PlayStation 2 controller (DUALSHOCK 2) and an ELECOM JC-PS101USV (PS2 to USB adapter).
I have connected it to a Windows PC and confirmed the button and stick responses in the "USB game controller settings." The right stick (Z-axis/Z-rotation) is also working correctly. The vibration function has not been tested.
The appearance is as shown in the photos. There are some scratches from use, but there are no problems with the stick return or button response.
