For hallway installation, simply mount the bar over the wooden studs located behind the drywall (please refer to our video). Keep in mind, some wooden doorframes are hollow and won’t support a telescopic bar - check yours (see image 4). Your package comes with 2 premium resistance bands, 2 handles, and band/cable exercise manuals. Scan a bar code in the package for a complementary gift (leg workout set or extra travel-size bar).
- ✅✅【Size Warning】Important: Please be careful ordering the 46-53” model - it is too large to fit standard doorways and only fits extra-wide hallways. A significant portion of our returns stem from incorrect sizing. Please pay special attention to the 46-53” model and measure your hallway size in advance.
- ✅✅【Door Frame test】Important: Some doors have a hollow-gap frame and are not suitable for telescopic pull-up bars. You can test your frame by remove one hinge screw (from the frame). Short screws (~1″) mean the frame is solid and suitable. Long screws (2–3″) indicate a hollow gap frame, which is not suitable.
- ✅【Safety】Our bar pads are made of a signature plastic coating, which is designed to prevent chipped paint or marks! Important: for hallway mounting (preferred method) - ensure installation over wooden studs behind the drywall. To test whether your doorframe is sufficiently strong, check that it does not flex when pressure is applied outward with both thumbs.
