The Bias Stripper provides an accurate and innovative method to cut perfect bias strips for binding or any pattern that requires a 45-degree angle strip. Ruler measures 43 1/2" x 23 1/2". Ruler is heavy enough to hold down fabric without slipping to make perfect cuts every time. Slits cut at 2 1/4" & 2 1/2". Made of heavy gauge acrylic and is laser precise.
