A self-vulcanizing EPDM washer, resistant to both temperature and UV, ensures a proper seal by seating correctly on the outer cladding material. The thread's shape and height are designed for use in both sandwich panels and steel construction. An additional layer of protection against corrosion is offered by a coloured polyester coating, 45-50um thick, with UV stabilizers for long-lasting colour quality. Two types of threads are available: one for steel structures, and an under-head thread to prevent panel dents and aid in sealing. The screw's thread surface is hardened, and a high-quality anti-corrosion coating ensures resistance to 15 Kesternich cycles.
