This is an offset hung pivot set, complete with a standard top pivot that allows for a 180-degree swing. The bottom pivot is designed to be mortised into the floor, making it suitable for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 650 lbs. The maximum door width it can accommodate is 4 Ft. 0 In., and it features a 3/4 In. offset, measured from the centerline of the pivot to the face of the door. The set is handed and will allow doors to swing 180 degrees, provided there's enough trim space.
