Saftron's Return-to-deck handrails are made of a 1/4" thick hard-shell composites that are unaffected by pool chemicals (chlorine, acid & salt). This improved model now includes an encapsulated Schedule-40 galvanized steel core throughout the entire rail and replaces the popular PC-354-RTD Pool Rail. The result is a a beautiful maintenance-free rail suitable for residential use that is tough enough for use in hotel pools, public pools, water parks or other heavy-use environments. The encapsulated steel core of the CBRTD-354 combined with cross-bracing throughout makes the CBRTD series of pool rails the strongest and most rigid in Saftron's lineup. Dimensions: 32" High x 54" Wide. Posts measure 8" between centers. External diameter of railing is the industry standard: 1.9" OD Installation: Rails can be core-drilled & grouted permanently into pool deck or installed using anchor sockets (ANCH-1 ) or surface mount bases (SB-F) which are sold separately for applications that require removable railings. Saftron's reusable alignment jig (P-JIG-RTD) can be used to facilitate installation of Anchor Sockets. Two bases or anchor sockets are required for each rail.
