One unused marriage registration form featuring a Sailor Moon design.
This item was originally a special magazine supplement. I've kept it in good condition, but I'm selling it now because my interests have changed.
Due to the nature of paper, there are a few minor creases as shown in the third image, but overall it's in good condition. Also, as shown in the fourth image, the edges have been cut larger than the dotted lines, so you will need to trim it to the standard size after receiving it.
I will package it carefully to prevent folding during shipping.
