This elegant Art Nouveau menu cover, dating back to 1908, hails from San Francisco's premier vaudeville restaurant, the Odeon Café. Sprawling and ornate, the café boasted intricate ceilings, marble pillars, and tables offering patrons a view of the stage, where entertainment was provided throughout the day and evening. The menu featured an array of dishes, including terrapin, lobster, frogs legs, and ten varieties of potatoes.
