This crew neck sweater uses super kid mohair, which is particularly valuable as it can only be obtained from Angora goats around 5 months old. Kid mohair is extremely soft, possessing the softness of cashmere and the strength of mohair, offering both flexibility and durability.
It also has a unique luster due to the substantial oil content in the fibers. To avoid being over-spec, the gauge and number of threads have been adjusted, and it's knitted with a low gauge so it can be worn as an inner layer or over a light blouson. The use of loop knitting provides a stress-free wearing experience, similar to a sweatshirt, making it an attractive item.
