This is an exclusive edition released overseas, not in Japan.
I don't have the Japanese version, so I can't compare them, but the eye printing and other details seem to be of significantly higher quality.
Also, like Super Saiyan 2 Son Goku, the hair has a metallic paint job, which I think will look great when displayed together.
