This SKF NUTR series yoke-type track roller bearing has a straight cylindrical outer ring shape and is suitable for supporting high static and dynamic loads in track-type applications. The straight outer ring provides additional surface area to improve load distribution and the yoke-type design is appropriate for heavier loads or where clevis or shaft mounting is preferred. A thick-walled outer ring helps minimize deformation under heavy radial and shock loads. This track roller has two rows of cylindrical roller bearings held in place by metal support rings. The roller is unsealed for applications in which contamination is not a factor. This track roller is suitable for use in a broad range of linear and motion translation applications including process transfer lines, ram support rollers, conveyors, machine tools, and indexing equipment.Roller bearings use rolling elements to maintain the separation between moving parts to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads.
