This was purchased from the Pokémon Center Online at the time, and it's a one-owner item that hasn't been searched for rare cards or had any cards removed.
It's a 20-pack set because I bought it during a campaign where you got one promo card for every 5 packs (up to 4 cards at a time).
It's still in the same transparent outer bag it arrived in from the Pokémon Center.
Also, you can't take out the packs or Charizard promos without cutting the tape, so these packs have never been touched by anyone.
It has been stored in a dark place.
