The Slice 10493 Auto-Retractable Metal Squeeze Knife combines a familiar form factor with an easy-to-grip, easy-to-use trigger mechanism. Simply squeeze the handle to expose the finger-friendly blade, and release the handle to retract the blade. Toggle the blade-lock switch while storing the tool to keep the trigger secure and prevent accidental blade exposure. Other convenient features include an integrated lanyard hole and a blade-change button for quick switches. The 10493 comes with a thin, rounded-tip utility blade (10524) to provide low-resistance cuts, as well as protection from accidental puncture injuries. Like all Slice blades, this one lasts up to 11 times longer than metal. When one side dulls, simply flip the blade end for end for a fresh edge. The 10493 is also compatible with pointed-tip (10525) and serrated (10523) blades—all of which are chemically inert and never rust.
