This has been replaced with Sanwa buttons. The springs are probably 60 grams, and the switches are OMRON D2MV-01-1C3, 50 grams.
Furthermore, felt tape has been applied inside the buttons to reduce noise. A USB cable for play is also included.
The whitish color on the back looks like age-related discoloration?
There was no strange feel or smell.
The knobs feel slightly heavier than FAUCETWO. They are Copal, so they turn without a click. Operation has been confirmed.
