Introducing the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60" Series, a robust commercial gas range boasting a 60-3/4" width and a 37" high cooking surface. This range features a 4" stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy cleaning. Safety is ensured with a front-located manual gas shut-off, while a factory-installed regulator guarantees consistent gas flow. Standing pilots power open top burners, and battery spark ignition ignites oven bases. The 5-burner setup combines 2 Pyromax burners in the rear with 3 33K star burners in the front for versatile cooking. A 24" left or right charbroiler with removable, cast iron grates is included. The range includes a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14" high x 26" wide x 26.5" deep, accommodating full-sized pans both ways, with one rack and two-position side rails. The stainless steel cabinet base includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center.
