Available in two models measuring sugar from 0 degrees to 35 degrees or 15 degrees to 50 degreesBrix, these hydrometers measure % sucrose by weight. Easy to read black scale on yellow back helps avoid eye fatigue. Each is 300 mm (12") long, contains lead free ballast, is individually serialized, and has a temperature standardization of 20 degrees C.
