The robust polycarbonate top prevents implosion under vacuum, while the polypropylene lower section offers superior chemical resistance. A PTFE plug allows for easy air control, and a Neoprene 'O' ring seal requires no grease. The perforated plate, 3.2mm thick, is made from polypropylene.
