The popular STAR WARS droid R2-D2 comes to life in this home planetarium, the "HOMESTAR R2-D2 EX," which moves, speaks, and projects a starry sky.

This is a high-end model in the HOMESTAR series, jointly developed by Takayuki Ohira, a Guinness World Record-holding planetarium creator, and Sega Toys. It uses the same optical lens projection system found in professional planetariums, bringing a high-quality experience to your home.

It can project a clear starry sky with a diameter of approximately 180cm and features functions that allow you to enjoy the world of Star Wars, such as R2-D2's electronic sounds and head movement. The included four color films allow you to project a starry sky, as well as planets and vehicles that appear in the Star Wars films.

With the push of a button, R2-D2 moves and projects images accompanied by electronic sounds.

There is some dirt from normal use, slight discoloration, and minor paint peeling (please check the photos).
There was a past battery leak in the battery compartment, but it has been cleaned and tested to be working.
