This is a garment-dyed black M-59 coat that was used by the Swedish Civil Defence (Civilforsvar).
While you might occasionally see garment-dyed M59s that weren't for civilian use, it's rare to find even the civilian version, and a garment-dyed one is even rarer.
I'm not sure of the market price since it's unique, but I'm tempted to keep it just for its rarity, so how about this price?
