Maintaining hardness up to its max temp, it resists abrasion well. Available in block, sheet, or rod, it's easily machined and cost-effective. Engineered to tackle traditional tooling issues like sticking and deformation, it has low thermal conductivity, preventing heat loss from the plastic sheet. Quick to replace, repairable, and dimensionally stable, it's ideal for various inline, sheet-fed thermoforming applications. Versatile for prototype tooling in other plastic processes.
