Inspired by our sister company Edge Brewing we have put together a kit that is an essential in commercial brewing where they "have tees on everything". There are many uses and benefits to having tees with valves connected to your pump and fermenter. You can use these tees to run your CIP loop through your fermenter or kettle and when you are done simply open a valve and you can start rinsing without disconnecting anything. Same goes with transferring from a conical fermenter. Just open one valve and dump yeast and debris until it begins to run clear. Then without disconnecting anything and risking contamination switch over the the valve running into the keg or secondary fermenter. All fittings are standard quick disconnects and 1/2" NPT threads.
