Thasos Sailing Tour by Hanse

Our daily sailing charter involves navigating along the southeast coast of the island. Our first stop is Cape Salonikios for swimming and breakfast. Along the way, we'll pass by the isolated island of Panagia, a marine ecosystem protected under the EU's NATURA 2000 policy. You'll see seagulls and cormorants nesting on the shore, and there's even a chance to spot dolphins in their natural habitat. After our first stop, we'll cruise along the east coast of the island, enjoying stunning views that make for a relaxing and unforgettable cruise. We'll then anchor at Aliki, where the Phoenicians once extracted and loaded Thassian marble onto their ships. Swim in crystal-clear waters near the submerged quarry where seawater mixes with freshwater, visit a Roman theater dating back to 197 BC, the ruins of a Byzantine church built on Roman temples, and admire the view of the open sea to the northeast of the Aegean Sea. We'll stop here for lunch, prepared by the crew. Afterwards, there's free time for those who wish to try their hand at fishing (we'll provide all the necessary equipment). To conclude, we'll retrace our steps back towards Potos, stopping for an afternoon dessert and a swim at Santa Anna or Rosogremos beach. THE DAILY SAILING CHARTER INCLUDES: All fuels, taxes, and drinks (coffee, wine, fruit juices, and non-alcoholic beverages) are included in the price. While you swim, sunbathe, or relax, we'll prepare your meal. You can choose from an appetizer and main course with a Greek salad or a traditional meze accompanied by ouzo.
