〇 Fiber and other debris are attached to the Velcro. (I tried to remove it for the listing, but I gave up because it was difficult to remove.)

〇 I don't think there is that peculiar (unpleasant) smell from the armpit area. (I always check this when I buy or receive something. I once made a big mistake when I bought expensive used clothing a long time ago and later noticed the smell.)
