THE ROW Cenoa Dress

I am selling this dress as I haven't had the opportunity to wear it since I purchased it here.

Condition when I received it from the previous seller:
* Worn twice by the previous seller (I have not worn it).
* Hemmed so that the original length can be restored by cutting the thread. Currently, it is ankle-length on a 163cm tall person (see image 4).
* No product tag.
* Two areas of fraying on the straps. The seller was told at Ginza Six that the thin straps are prone to fraying. They explained that this is the nature of the product. Another dress was the same (see images 6 and 7).

The dress has been professionally cleaned at Isetan after I received it. (All noticeable stains were removed, but some may remain.)
I was told that the straps seem to be structurally sound, but I cannot confirm as I haven't worn it.
There are some fold creases from being stored folded.
I will ship it folded, so please be aware of fold creases.
