This is an incredible book with accompanying 12" LP (33 rpm) record based on music of the North during the Civil War, years 1861-1865, released by Columbia Records.
Recorded at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C. by the National Gallery Orchestra with conductor Richard Bales.
I was unable to find a production date but it was sometime in the 1950's. (There is an inscription written in the front, "From Grandpa and Grandma, December 25, 1960".)

Book is 60 pages and measures 14"×12.5". It contains a variety of photographs, essays, poems, and sheet music. The pages are in beautiful vintage condition with the occasional dog-earing. The spine is pretty lousy but still clinging to the pages.
The vinyl record is in great shape and plays with fantastic quality.
